We remind you that in the various sections of the website where we collect your personal data are published specific information pursuant to art. 13 of the Rules of Procedure EU 679/2016 for its necessary vision before the supply of the requested data. The informations and data you provide or otherwise acquired in the context of registration to the various services, will be processed in compliance with the provisions of the Regulation and the confidentiality obligations that inspire our activity. According to the rules of the Regulation, the processing carried out by Fluidbay will be based on the principles of lawfulness, correctness, transparency, purpose limitation and retention, data minimization, accuracy, integrity and confidentiality.

1. The personal data being processed

By processing of personal data we mean any operation or set of operations, carried out with or without the aid of automated processes and applied to personal data or sets of personal data, such as collection, registration, organization, structuring, preservation, adaptation or modification, extraction, consultation, use, communication by transmission, dissemination or any other form of making available, comparison or interconnection, limitation, cancellation or destruction. We inform you that the personal data being processed will be constituted - also according to your decisions on how to use the Services - by an identifier such as name, email address, and other data suitable to make it identifiable.

2. Treatment purpose

The processing that we intend to carry out, with your specific consent where necessary, has the following purposes:

a. allow navigation and consultation of the Fluidbay website;
b. respond to requests for assistance or information, which we will receive via e-mail, telephone or chat through the "Contact Us" page of our Site, or through the appropriate forms of the site;
c. fulfil legal, accounting and tax obligations;
d. direct marketing by e-mail unless you initially opposed such processing or at the time of subsequent communications, for the pursuit of Fluidbay’s legitimate interest in promoting products or services to which you may reasonably be interested;
e. elaborate studies, searches, statistics of market; to send to her publicity, informative, commercial information or surveys in order to improve the service ("customer satisfaction") by e-mail and/or through the use of the telephone.

3. Legal basis and mandatory or optional nature of the treatment

The legal basis of the processing of Personal Data for the purposes referred to in section 2 is the execution of a contractual obligation as well as the legitimate interest. The processing operations referred to in section 2 (d), carried out for marketing purposes, are applied on the basis of consent.

4. Recipients of personal data

Your Personal Data may be shared, for the purposes referred to in section 2 above, with: subjects who typically act as data processors that are: persons, companies or firms that provide assistance and advice to Fluidbay in accounting, administrative, legal, tax, financial and debt recovery related to the provision of the Services.

5. Data storage

The Personal Data processed for the purposes referred to in section 2 will be kept for the time strictly necessary to achieve those same purposes. In any case, they will not be held beyond the 2 years from the cessation of the relationship. More information about the data retention period and the criteria used to determine this period may be requested by writing to the Data Controller.

6. Rights of data subjects

You have the right to ask Fluidbay at any time, access to your Personal Data, rectification or deletion of the same or to object to their processing in the cases provided for in Article 20 of the Regulation, has the right to request the restriction of processing in the cases provided for by art. 18 of the Regulation, as well as to obtain in a structured format, commonly used and readable by automatic device the data concerning it (portability), in the cases provided for by art. 20 of the Regulation.

In any case, you always have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority (Guarantor for the Protection of Personal Data), pursuant to art. 77 of the Regulation, if you believe that the processing of your data is contrary to the legislation in force.
