Product selection

FluidBay allows you to choose between:

a range of standard power packs, already tested and ready for use, from which you can choose according to your needs. In case of special needs, or if you have doubts about the model to choose for the application you need, our Customer Service is at your disposal to advise you the most suitable solution;
a selection of our components in kit to allow you to assemble and customize your hydraulic system.

Price

If you decide to confirm the order of a product, you can make the payment, at your choice, by Paypal or credit card (Mastercard, Visa, Visa Electron, V-PAY, Masterpass, Maestro, Paypal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Amazon Pay). For each method of payment, the commissions provided by the relevant bank circuit will be applied. The prices of the products are expressed in euro, excluding VAT. For sale to final customers VAT is applied according to Italian legislation (22%), for corporate customers who can provide a European VAT number, products can be supplied without VAT.

The company reserves the right to change prices at any time, as a result of market changes or typing errors. The goods are delivered to the address indicated by the customer, with an accompanying invoice.

Technical data, drawings, product documents

The data and illustrations resulting from the online catalogue are indicative. Fluidbay reserves the right to make changes to its products, at any time, which it considers convenient, informing the customer if they concern the product purchased.

By purchasing our products, you expressly undertake not to make use, for reasons other than those provided for in the purchase contract, of the designs and technical information, which remain the property of the company and which you cannot hand over to third parties or reproduce without written permission.

Supplier responsability

Fluidbay is solely responsible for the proper functioning of the products sold in relation to the characteristics and performance expressly indicated by him. On the other hand, you do not assume any responsibility for any malfunction of machines or systems made by you or third parties with components of your production.

In any case, outside of the mandatory and mandatory hypotheses provided by the law in force in the matter of liability of the supplier, and except as provided by art. 1229 Civil Code, you may not claim compensation for direct and indirect damages, lost profits or production losses, nor may you claim compensation for amounts exceeding the value of the goods supplied.

Major force

In any case of major force or unforeseeable circumstances, Fluidbay shall not be held liable for delay or failure to deliver. In addition, it reserves the right to terminate all or part of the contract, suspend or postpone its execution.

Applicable law

These general conditions of sale are governed by Italian law and, in particular, by Legislative Decree 206/2005 on distance contracts and Legislative Decree 70/2003 for aspects relating to ecommerce.

For any other aspect of the contract, the Rome Convention of 19/06/1980 on contractual obligations is applicable.

The possible invalidity of individual clauses of the contract and of the conditions of sale will not imply the invalidity of the whole contract or of the conditions of sale. The company expressly excludes the applicability of the Vienna Convention of 11/04/1980 on the international sale of goods.

Place of jurisdiction

For any dispute concerning the contract or the general conditions of sale, the Court of Monza (Italy) has exclusive jurisdiction. Pursuant to and for the effects referred to in Articles 1341 and 1342 of the Italian Civil Code, the customer declares that he has carefully read and understood and specifically accepts all the clauses of the Fluidbay General Conditions of Sale.

Non-execution of the order

In the exceptional case of failure to execute the order by the company, Fluidbay will inform you as soon as possible, refunding any sums already paid for the delivery not executed.
